Returns Policy

Good are to be returned within 14 days of shipment date for Australian customers and within 28 days of shipment date for International customers

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note earrings are not able to be returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Stock availability
While we make every attempt to ensure that the online store reflects the availability of stock sometimes an item shown to be available may be out of stock. If an item you order is out of stock we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of stock availability and can refund you for that item.
